Tea and coffee will be available to everyone from mid day on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday as usual.

BREAKFAST - A light breakfast of cereals and fruit will be available on Saturday and Sunday. In addition to this drivers and guests will also be able to purchase Breakfast Tickets this weekend. The charge of £4 per person per day will buy a sausage or bacon sandwich and must be pre booked and paid for on Friday so that we know how many we are catering for. 

SATURDAY - Please come and collect your cooked breakfast between 7.30 and 8.30. A buffet lunch will be served between 12 and 12.30 and tea and cakes after the race at Prize Giving.

SUNDAY - Please come and collect your cooked breakfast between 8.30 and 9.30. The buffet lunch will be served between 12.30 and

REMINDER - Only drivers who are Racing Club Members and their guests are entitled to lunch. Drivers must let me know in advance if they have any extra guests attending at the weekend and they would like them to be included for lunchtime food. Please note - social members are not entitled to food and should they wish to be included, the charges do apply.

CHARGES - There is no extra charge for one guest who is with a Racing Club Member ( a wristband is required though) but there is a charge of £7.50 per head for any other adults and children over 12 years. For children between 5 and 12 years the charge is £5 per head and no charge for under 5's. 

WRISTBANDS - all guests need to have a wristband and these can be collected and paid for ( where applicable) from myself or Cath in the CGRC Hospitality area. PLEASE NOTE - we will be checking that every one who needs a wristband has a wristband.
